Refund Policy

At your-pro-device, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@your-pro-device.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@your-pro-device.com so that we can arrange for a replacement. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.

International Returns
